Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Payment runs through Shopify's secure checkout with the payment methods shown there. An order is final once you receive the order confirmation email.
Delivery
We ship with PostNL; costs and delivery times per country are on the shipping page. If a delivery goes wrong, contact us and we fix it: a package that never arrives is our problem, not yours.
Returns and withdrawal
You may return any order within 30 days of receiving it, no reason needed, and the return shipment is free. That is more than the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, which of course also applies. We refund the full purchase amount within one working day of receiving your return, to the payment method you used. Register returns through the returns portal or via support@foamigo.com.
Warranty
Memory foam eartips are wear items: with daily use a set lasts about six months, and normal wear is not a defect. Manufacturing defects, like a tip that fails within days, are covered; contact us and we'll replace or refund. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.

Not happy? Tell us first at support@foamigo.com; we respond within one working day. Consumers in the EU can also use the European ODR platform. Dutch law applies to these terms.
