How it works
- Register your return through our returns portal (the link is in your order confirmation email, or ask us at support@foamigo.com).
- You receive a free shipping label.
- Drop the package off at a parcel point near you. Done.
One honest request: order the mix pack if you don't know your size, rather than several sets to try. Foam tips that have been worn can't be resold, and that waste ends up priced into everyone's tips.
Exchanges
Wrong size? An exchange is free too, and the fastest route is the same returns portal; pick "exchange" instead of "refund".
