Order before 23:59 and we ship the same day. Eartips fit through your letterbox, so you don't need to be home. You'll get a track and trace code by email as soon as your order ships with PostNL.
In the Netherlands and Belgium, orders from €25 ship free; that's two sets, which conveniently also gets you the volume discount. Across the rest of Europe, shipping is free from €40.

Returns
Simple: you have 30 days, and returning is always free. Try the tips; if they don't fit your ears or your earbuds, send them back and we refund the full amount within one working day of receiving your return.
How it works:
- Register your return through our returns portal (the link is in your order confirmation email, or ask us at support@foamigo.com).
- You receive a free shipping label.
- Drop the package off at a PostNL point. Done.
One honest request: order the mix pack if you don't know your size, rather than several sets to try. Foam tips that have been worn can't be resold, and that waste ends up priced into everyone's tips.
Exchanges
Wrong size? An exchange is free too, and the fastest route is the same returns portal; pick "exchange" instead of "refund".
